Ellusionist are very cunning sales people. The sound tracks are always epic sounding overtures, they make an attempt for everything to look hip, cool and trendy…..everything a gay man wants.
First off, the recording of the demo video is flawed. He shows a red backed card “change” into the 9 of spades, and then a shot behind the glass shows a blue card. Ask yourself why that is? Don’t worry I’ll wait. Then you notice the card changes again to the king of hearts. We’ll wait, no worries.
This is a gross misrepresentation of what they are selling with camera tricks. In this case I think it was an error (a REALLY bad one). Continuity is very important when selling a product. Indeed the card could easily be changed from face to face, or face back, but not on three levels.
With that, I thought of two ways to do the effect that would cost roughly one dollar in about 30 seconds. It would indeed be exactly what is in the video with the car window. Problem is these types of effects are like rolling dice with laymen. The reasoning is simple:
When most of us started magic we did the “2 card transpo”. We learned that it got reactions, but down the line found the error in that some people realize the “2 card transpo”, no pun intended. Many will and should figure out this gross simplistic format of a dupe. On the other hand this is easily solved by having one selection, and say an ace and king of hearts. Then there is no problem using just your regular 52 cards and in most cases is more powerful to laymen. So we should ask ourselves how this pans out doing it through glass. If the card were signed then this WOULD be an effect. As of now it’s just a rotating mess *cough*
I get fooled all the bloody time. But when I watch a video and can think of what I’m sure the method is, laymen will do the same, and normally be correct. Even if they are wrong they will still satisfy themselves in thinking they figured it out. That is an important key that seems to be mostly lost anymore. Even an incorrect solution to a laymen is 100 percent correct in his own mind. There should at least be a very doubtful moment of any laymen solution.
To all the Ellusionites that are actually going to spend 70 dollars on this *snicker*, enjoy. It’s your life but think of what you could get, or have gotten in books. This effect just isn’t very good though you’d swear by the hype and reactions of people on the net it’s the next big classic. As quickly forgotten as it came, as trendy as that shirt you bought but never wear because your friends let you know it’s kind of gay. If we don’t laugh at these kids a little sometimes they will never blossom into the real world of good magic. They want your money Twan, for something you should be able to figure out in a couple of seconds. If you haven’t you really should start buying some REAL books. Card with a flap or a volume of Apocalypse for the same price?
I personally would never perform this kind of thing. People actually do I guess. Good luck with that. Keep your head up high Twan, nothing wrong with being gay. You’ll just get a little more emotional than the straight guys sometimes.
Do they get to choose the card that they want to put behind the glass? Is the card? put behind the glass in front of them?
just when i think i,ve seen it all, ,magic like this comes along and shows me that its not a trick or an effect but REAL? magic, 10/10 cant wait to get it

Patent number 5255452, filed in 1992, shows how Michael Jackson and his dancers could lean at 45-degree angles during live performances of the song “Smooth Criminal”.
1. A system for engaging shoes with a hitch mans to permit a person standing on a stage surface to lean forwardly beyond his or her center of gravity, comprising:at least one shoe having a heel with a first engagement means, said first engagement means comprising a recess formed in a heel of said shoe covered with a heel slot plane located at a bottom region of said heel, said heel slot plate having a slot formed therein with a relatively wide opening at a leading edge of said heel and a narrower terminal end rearward of said leading edge, said recess being larger in size above said terminal end of said slot than is said terminal end of said slot; and
a second engagement means, detachably engageable with said first engagement means, comprising a hitch member having an enlarged head portion connected by a narrower shank portion to a means for raising and lowering said head of said hitch member above and substantially level with or below said stage surface, said head portion being larger in size than said terminal end of said slot and said shank portion being narrower than said terminal end of said slot, wherein said hitch member can be moved through apertures in said stage surface between a projecting position raised above said stage surface and a retracted position at or below the stage surface, and when said head portion of said hitch member is raised above said stage surface, said first engagement means can be detachably engaged with said projecting hitch member, thereby allowing a person wearing the shoes to lean forwardly with his or her normal center of gravity beyond a front region of said shoes, and maintain said forward lean.
You can see them perform the move in the below video; watch the guy on the right, as he has trouble disengaging his loafers after the move.

The delusion of the absolute seems to me to be one of the largest misconceptions in the world of magic in the modern age. Magicians seem to have a complex that in the future X will trump Y from the past. You can see it on most hype write ups, giving that aura that all else has failed in the past and this is the ultimate you’ll use forever and make a religion.
The best effects I’ve ever found have a gaping flaw that goes completely unnoticed by laymen. This months “Choice Flesh” is a perfect example. For some odd reason magicians with dollar signs in their eyes THINK they are solving the so called errors that make them wonderful. If I took a month with Open Prediction Or ACAAN effects, I would surely have a stack of methods that could be suited well enough to perform. On the other hand I wouldn’t make an attempt to sell such things because the plot has been over published for way too long. No matter how many guys try and say they have a sublime method, none of them are worth my time, much less my money.
Progression is a magnificent aspect in magic, but few can concoct a better version of a Vernon effect other than Vernon himself. Have you noticed that there are few straight card plots sold on these download sites with 52 cards and no gaffs? I think the reasoning is simple. People don’t much believe that these guys are topping this one, and he is topping this one more, on and on. But when we add in the mix a “secret gaff”, or a “never before seen method”, it totally changes our perspective. Just using a time tested ATFUS for a Collectors seems so boring in comparison. I’ve even seen a video titled “Death To The Double Undercut”. What the hell is wrong with a double undercut? Didn’t everyone figure out mundane method in the demo video? I bet they made a fair sum in selling that small video though, because magicians more than not think “Yeah, that must be better than what I do in some manner”.
Classics are timeless. Making them our own is contentment at its finest.

I don’t have mine yet, but I’d put this challenge out to anyone that gets it and feels it’s not for them. Learn it and perform it and see the reactions you get when their name appears.
I would suggest that those that are waiting for some miracle review to sway you, don’t bother. Identity is going to be a world wide hit that PROFESSIONALS will use in their work.
Just ordered it and have a miracle.
I’ll take the plunge
I have to remember at Sunday Services to pray to The Lord to never allow a “great friend” like you to enter into my life.
Some people should some research before slamming folks.
I get PM’s from folks thanking me for posting about sales from shops or new products on sites. If you don’t like what I post, don’t read it.
You guys kill me. What happened to real men? NO WOMAN tells me what I can buy and what I can’t.
I’d remind her, but she left me 20 years ago. Keep the house, keep the car, who cares. I showed her!
Cory is a very gifted, funny, cool fellow. He listened to the feedback and is changing what he does.
Cory Chapin, may GOD bless you and your family and may He bless you to achieve all your goals and dreams!
This looks incredible and is only $6.25 a deck.
They answer their own phones and are there for you!
Card to wallet is DEAD! Kenner’s Parakeet to Wallet is the new gold standard!
You are a child molester.

Bicycle Playing Cards have been manufactured by the The United States Playing Card Company since 1885. During World War II they produced cards that when submerged in water could be peeled apart and both halves had a map on the inside. When all the cards were put together it made a large map. These were supplied to POWs (prisoner of war camps) so if they escaped they would have a map.
Another interesting wartime fact was that at the start of the Second World War with paper shortages it was decided to stop production of playing cards and it was the prime minister Winston Churchill himself who demanded that they continued the production of cards and games as they were so important to the countries moral.
USPCC provided crates of Ace of Spades cards for U.S. soldiers in the Vietnam War. It was erroneously believed that the Viet Cong believed the card to be a symbol of death and would flee at the sight of the Ace. In actuality the Ace meant nothing to the Viet Cong, however the belief did improve the U.S. soldiers’ morale. Thousands of decks of these Aces were shipped to Vietnam where the Aces were purposely scattered throughout the jungle and villages during raids.
